Jennifer Norris has been involved in early childhood education for over 20 years. Jen currently owns Kentucky Flat Community Preschool, where she teaches and directs activities of a staff of 4 teachers and assistants. Jen also serves as instructor of human development at Sierra College, Nevada County Campus, facilitating evening classes for adult learners pursuing an education in the field of early childhood education. Throughout her career, Jen has proven herself an energetic, positive and motivated educator and manager of human development resources.
